Terms & Conditions

Last updated 18 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of abrixsolutions.com. Project work is governed by the separate written proposal and invoice we agree with you before starting. Where the two differ, the signed proposal takes precedence.

2. Using this website

You may browse this site and use the contact forms for genuine enquiries. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, submit automated or spam enquiries, or copy the site's content or code for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices given on a call or by email are quotes, not offers, until we issue a written proposal. A quote is valid for thirty days. The final price depends on the scope confirmed in the proposal, and additional work requested after the scope is agreed is quoted separately.

4. Project delivery

Delivery dates in a proposal assume that you supply content, images, approvals, and access to any accounts we need within the agreed timeframes. Delays in receiving those move the delivery date by a matching amount. We will tell you when that happens rather than letting a date slip quietly.

5. Payment

Unless the proposal says otherwise, an advance is payable before work begins and the balance is payable before the site goes live on your domain. Invoices are due within the period stated on them.

6. Content you supply

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any text, images, logos, or other material you give us for your project. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content. We are not liable for claims arising from material you supplied.

7. Ownership

Once the final invoice is paid, you own the completed website and its content. We keep ownership of any reusable components, frameworks, and internal tools used to build it. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, and stock assets remain under their own licences, which pass to you where those licences allow.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and refer to you as a client.

8. Support after launch

Projects include thirty days of support after launch for fixing faults in what we built. That period does not cover new features, content changes, or issues caused by third-party updates, hosting problems, or edits made by others.

9. Search engine results

We set up the technical groundwork for search visibility, including page titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, and Search Console. Search engines decide their own rankings, so we cannot and do not guarantee any particular position or volume of traffic.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care in our work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Cancellation

Either side may end a project in writing. If you cancel, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and any advance covering that work is not refundable. We will hand over what has been produced.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
